We invite you to fill out a questionnaire

Dear School graduates!

We invite you to contibute to the implementation of the project "Karazin Graduate" (which is part of the development strategy of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University for 2019-2025).

The project provides for the creation of an effective system of feedback to graduates, namely the placement of the graduate questionnaire on the university’s website and the School's website, as well as the organization of the e-mail newsletter with actual information about the life of the university.

Please fill out the form and send it to the e-mail address included in the form, with your photo attached.

Please note that your contact info (e-mail address, phone number) will be available only to those who are eligible for posting the questionnaire and the e-mail newsletter. We will only post your photo, year of graduation and current place of work and position (also optionally, links to your pages on social networking sites).
