Sports Life

Sports life of students at the School of Foreign Languages can be divided into: physical training lessons, sports sections attended by students at their will and sports events.

The University Sports Festival (Spartakiada) held since 1950 is especially popular among the School’s students.

Now its agenda includes competitions in badminton, basketball, volleyball, track and field, mini football, table tennis, lawn tennis, chess and checkers.

Moreover, students of the School annually participate in:

  • the Sports Gala of University First-Year Students;
  • University President’s Cup in Mini Football;
  • Student Trade Union Committee Cup in Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton and Table Tennis;
  • Sports Tournaments of University Schools.
