Conference on Teaching Foreign Languages in Secondary and Higher School

Call for participation. International Conference ​​"Current Approaches to Foreign LanguageTeaching: Ways of Integrating Secondary and Higher Schools".

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the IV International Conference "Current Approaches to Foreign LanguageTeaching: Ways of Integrating Secondary and Higher Schools" to be held at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University on the initiative of the Department of English Language on April 25, 2014.

Working languages: Ukrainian, Russian and Western languages.

Prior to the conference, a compilation of abstracts of the reports will come out.

Conference goal: consolidate efforts and exchange experience in innovative technologies used in teaching foreign languages in secondary and higher schools in the present-day educational, psychological and cultural environment.

Conference will address the following:

  • general problems of learning and control;
  • theory and methods of teaching foreign languages in secondary and higher schools;
  • didactic and psychological aspects of learning foreign languages in secondary and higher schools;
  • professional training in foreign languages (for students with non-language majors);
  • new approaches to teaching foreign languages.
