Students of the Department of English Philology Win the Contest of Works in Romano-Germanic Languages and Literature

Congratulations to Zamira Haibatova and Yana Vermenich on their victory!


The students of the Department of English Philology of the School of Foreign Languages Zamira Haibatova and Yana Vermenych took the first place in the All-Ukrainian contest of student scientific works on natural, technical sciences and the Humanities majoring in Romano-Germanic Languages and Literature. The contest took place at Kherson State University on March 24-25, 2016.

Zamira Haibatovas work "Satire and Sarcasm in Communicative Space of English Online Media" was written under the guidance of Doctor of Philology, Professor Viktoriia Samokhina.

Yana Vermenych’s work “Multimodal Metaphor in English Ecological Film Discourse” was wtitten under the guidance of Doctor of Philology, Professor Olena Morozova.
