Scholarship Contest for Studies and Internship at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece)

The contest will be held within the European international mobility program Erasmus+.


We are pleased to invite second-, third- and fifth-year students majoring in Philology, Philosophy, Foreign Languages, Psychology, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences, International Economic Relations, Economics, Law, Medicine, History and postgraduate students to participate in the scholarship contest for internships at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) in the fall semester of the 2017/2018 academic year within the European international mobility program Erasmus+.

Moreover, within the framework of the teaching mobility program Erasmus+, we are pleased to invite faculty and researchers to undergo an internship in order to exchange experience at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) for a term of 10 days.

The participants of the academic mobility programs will be determined at the meeting of the Competition Commission on Selection of Participants of the Educational Process of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

List of documents required for the scholarship:

‒ a copy of the passport;

‒ a motivation letter in English;

Learning Agreement for Studies;

‒ a statement from the Dean’s Office confirming the fact that the applicant is a student and its translation into English;

‒ an extract from the protocol of the School’s Academic Board recommending the applicant for participation in the program Erasmus+;

‒ an extract from the academic record or a copy of the Bachelor’s diploma with the supplement and its English translation;

‒ a transcript of grades with its English translation provided;

‒ CV in the Europass format;

‒ a certificate of proficiency in English.

List of documents required for internships:

‒ a copy of the international passport;

‒ CV in Europass format;

‒ a motivation letter in English;

‒ an extract from the protocol of the School’s Academic Board recommending the applicant for participation in the program Erasmus+;

‒ a certificate of employment and its English translation;

‒ certificates of proficiency in English.

The applicant is to submit the originals of the documents to the International Programs and Academic Mobility and send the scanned copies indicating in the subject line “Last Name_Thessaloniki” to int.dep@karazin.ua.

The training will be conducted in English.

Applications submission deadline: January 27, 2017.
