“Intercultural Communication: Language – Culture – Personality”

Call for Papers. VІІІ International Research-to-Practice Conference “Intercultural Communication: Language – Culture – Personality”.

On April 3-4, 2013 the School of Romance and Germanic Languages of the National University “Ostroh Academy” is holding the VIII International Research-to-Practice Conference “Intercultural Communication: Language – Culture – Personality”.

Sections Subject Matters:

  1. Cognitive aspects of intercultural communication.
  2. Lexical, phraseological and frame semantics.
  3. Language and speech material in its structural and stylistic interpretation.
  4. Innovative methods of cultivating foreign language communicative culture.
  5. Professional foreign language training in the process of intercultural integration.
  6. Corpus-based and lexicographic technologies used to describe a language system and science of terminology.
  7. Literary studies and intercultural communication.
  8. Current issues of modern translation studies.

Working languages of the Conference: Ukrainian, Russian, English, German, French, Polish.
