Workshop Studies on New Approaches to Foreign Language Teaching

The School held workshop studies “New Approaches to Foreign Language Teaching”.

On November 4, 2014 V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University held the XXIII Workshop Studies Session New Approaches to Foreign Language Teaching. The event took place on the initiative of the Department of German and French Languages of the School of Foreign Languages.

Within the framework of the session, the following issues were discussed: shaping rhetorical communicative competence of students of the School of Foreign Languages, loan-words from English in the German language, methods of explaining grammar and optimizing homework evaluation in French, difficulties in translation, interlingual lexical equivalents, Google services in developing distance courses, culture of communication in the field of distance teaching and learning, etc.

The results of the Workshop Studies were published in a compendium of abstracts .
